Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) is an experiential and solution-oriented treatment model that facilitates the awareness of somatic experiences in the here and now, integrating horses as partners in the healing process.
Our motto, “Healing with Horses,” helps individuals develop a better understanding of themselves by providing a safe space for choice and awareness. Horses reflect the feelings of humans on an intuitive level that helps embody feelings, thoughts, and emotions, making interactions more harmonious and effective.
